Privacy policy

This page explains what data demidovich.photo receives, what it is for and how to have it deleted. It is written for this site and does not describe third-party services the site does not use.

1. Who processes the data

The site is run by Pavel Demidovich, photographer. For any questions about data processing, write to demidovich.fiml@gmail.com.

2. What data the site receives

The site has no forms, registration or payments and does not collect personal data by itself. Data appears only when you send an email:

  • the name or signature you give;
  • the email address the message came from;
  • the content of the correspondence and any attached files.

This data is needed to answer your question and arrange a shoot. The legal basis is your consent, expressed by sending the email, and the performance of the arrangement about the shoot.

3. What happens to correspondence

Correspondence is kept in a mailbox accessible only to the site's owner. It is not passed to third parties, not used for mailing lists and not published. The exception is where disclosure is required by law.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to reply and arrange the shoot, and is deleted afterwards. You can ask for it to be deleted earlier.

4. Technical hosting data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. On every request Cloudflare processes the technical data normal for any web server: the IP address and request headers, the time, the requested address and the result of the response. These logs are needed to run and protect the site and are processed under Cloudflare's rules. The site does not link them to you or build profiles from them.

5. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-CGKH6Y0MYC) to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. The service sets the _ga and _ga_CGKH6Y0MYC cookies, kept for up to two years, and sends Google information about the visit: the page address, the referral source, the device type and browser, and an approximate region. Google truncates the IP address before transmission. The data is processed under Google's rules and may be stored on servers outside Russia.

You can opt out by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on , using an ad blocker, or disabling cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.

There are no advertising pixels, social widgets or fonts from external CDNs. Fonts and all files of the site, apart from the Google Analytics script itself, load from the same domain.

Your browser may keep one setting — the chosen theme (light or dark). It is stored in your browser's localStorage, is not sent to the server and is deleted together with the site's data in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • ask what of your data is held in the correspondence;
  • ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
  • withdraw your consent to processing.

Just write to demidovich.fiml@gmail.com. I will reply within a reasonable time and delete the data unless the law requires it to be kept.

7. Children

The site is not addressed to children and does not knowingly collect their data. If a child's photographs are needed for a shoot, they are sent by the parents or legal guardians.

8. Changes to the policy

If the policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Substantial changes that affect data already received will be described additionally in the correspondence.
